halibut software package provides yet another free document preparation system, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install halibut
halibut is installed in your system.
Make ensure the halibut package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep halibut *
You will get with halibut package name, version, architecture and description in a table
